Located right in the city, we ship worldwide, and deliver free within Orleans Parish. We’ll get your order out the door quickly, usually the very day we receive it.

Policies:

Please be aware that occasionally suppliers will change the designs of their products in minor ways. We have no control over this, and if the item has changed substantially a new photo will be taken and posted on the site. We reserve the right to substitute these updated products as needed. We will not, however, automatically substitute backordered items. If an item is backordered, we will contact you to insure you are aware when the product will ship, and let you know what alternatives we have in stock in the event you don't wish to wait for stock to be replenished.

Shipping:

We reserve the right to ship your item using the most inexpensive, fastest method based on your preferences at checkout. If we are able to upgrade your shipping by using another carrier but have your order at your door faster, we make every effort to do so.

We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If there are any problems, Notably New Orleans will follow these policies:

Food items: If the item was but not opened, we will issue a full refund within 30 days. If the item was opened, a replacement or store credit will issued.

Ballwear, Costume & Decorative items: All unused costume items are returnable for 14 days. Tiaras & ballwear have a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping costs are not refundable. No funds will be refunded until the item has been received and examined by NotablyNewOrleans. We strongly suggest you contact us to make us aware of your return to expidite your refund.
