This umbrella is 17 inches from handle to the top of the jester's cap, 17 inches across when open, and fully operational! The top is divided into 8 panels, 4 gold, 2 purple and 2 green. The purple panels have jester and harlequin heads attached, while the green panels have king cake babies on. Two inch fringe rims the edge, and a ceramic jester head sits atop the whole thing!
